In most states, completing a state-approved safety course waives the road test entirely - meaning you just need to pass a knowledge test at the DMV and you're done. This summer, we're making it even easier: complete an approved course and we'll reimburse up to $250 toward your new Vespa purchase. Now go ride!

Piaggio Group Americas is pleased to offer the First Time Rider Incentive Promotion valid from 06/01/2026 through 08/31/2026 to all first-time riders who participate in a state-approved motorcycle safety course. This promotion ONLY reimburses for a state-approved motorcycle safety course — it does not apply to local DMV fees or other licensing costs.
First Time Riders who purchase any 2027 & prior model year Vespa vehicles are eligible to receive an incentive of $250, applied to the MSRP of the new vehicle. Eligible products must be new and unused, for which no retail sales or product registration has been previously submitted or processed. Course must have been taken and license obtained within three months of the rebate start date — beginning June 1, 2026. The name on the state-approved course completion card must match the name on the bill of sale.
This offer excludes Pennsylvania, where motorcycle licensing costs are covered by state programs. Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise approved by Piaggio Group Americas. Offer has no cash value. Valid for retail purchases only in the U.S.
